Refund policy

All Sales are Final; no return or exchange are accepted.

However, we listen to your feedback and solve case by case basis. Please email Oddeymail.com. Make sure to reference your order number and allow us 3 business days to respond. Do not send package to us without confirmation.

You must email us a copy of your Tax ID # if you have a business license, your items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For all returns or exchanges, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns/exchanges on polishes, gels, powders, products without tamper proof seals and electronics.

Exclusions:

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on any electrical equipment (e.g. drills, LED/UV lamps). Please register your warranty with the corresponding manufacturer. However, we are authorized retailers of these electronics, therefore you should have no issues with registration. Please keep a copy of your receipt in case you may need to make a claim.

We do not accept returns and or exchanges on products that did not come with a seal. Once the product is shipped, it will be considered as "Used Condition".

We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages that has a "Delivered" tracking status.
